Are you carrying out the assessment for me?

You carry out the assessment and provide the observations and professional judgements. FRAwrite helps turn those into a draft. You review and approve the report before issuing it.

Can I keep my existing template?

Send your existing template or a redacted example report before our onboarding call. We’ll use it to prepare your report structure, questions, wording and branding, then check the exported document with you.

Do I have to use voice notes?

No. You can speak, type or take photos, choosing whichever method suits the visit.

Can I edit the report in Word?

Yes. FRAwrite exports to Word as well as PDF and a CSV action list.

When do I start paying?

Template setup and your first report are free. If you choose to continue, subsequent assessments cost £15 each, including further edits and exports of the same report.

Can someone else review the report?

Yes. An assigned reviewer can comment on a saved report version and approve it. Saved versions and review history remain available in the assessment.
